Collection of cause of death data (and certifier) is collected only in some sub-national jurisdiction, and only for health facility deaths. Some high priority topics are not collected, and need not be collected, because they are available in the population register, including: marital status of deceased, place of usual residence of deceased, place of usual residence of mother (for deaths under 1 year).
